Bet 7997! Launched in Uganda by World Star Betting

First, a customer uses MTN's Mobile Money service to send their stake money. To do this you go to MTN > Mobile Money > Pay Bill > Goods and Services > Enter Code B7997 (not the Capital B) > Enter Amount, Confirm, and enter your mobile money PIN.

If you have an account with us we will SMS you with a unique PIN to log into our internet service at www.worldstar.co.ug. Otherwise you can bet - using your phone number as your account number and identiy - by using our unique system: Pick your selections from our fixture list, pick the outcome, and create your bet. For example, a selection may be coded 214. The away win may be #2. And you want to place 1000 UShs on the outcome. Just SMS 214#2*1000 to 7997 and we will place your bet for you, send you your receipt number, and SMS you if win. If you want to place multiples you just add them with +. Thus a double might be 214#2+1566#1*1000, and so on. Multiples can be as big as you can get in 160 characters. Our SMS's cost 220 Ushs to send, free to receive, and it is free to bet online. To get your balance text "balance" to 7997. To get your winnings (e.g. of 5000) text W 5000 to 7997 and we send your winnings via Mobile Money.
