Application Scope and Installation Notice of UV LED

Application Scope as follows:
1.spraying: UV Led are mostly applied in the spraying of the outer case for cell phone, cosmetic and appliance, etc. Different requirements are available between spraying of the case for cell phone and ultraviolet printing, which mainly depends on product and detailed equipments.
2.printing: they are often used in silk print, film print and multi-color print, For example, the producer always apply UV adhesive when they produce U plate and CD. UV printing ink is also adopted in silk print, which is characterized of quick drying and good adhesion.
3.shoes industry : some material of shoes can make use of illumination of the Led to make a chemical action to get good tactility in between the sole and the upper with the adhesive.
4.wood-processing: UV coating is used in the surface of the wood because of its good properties in all aspects, like abrasion- resistant, alkaline-resistant, weather ability and so on..
5.Arts and crafts: we can use ultraviolet Led as long as the arts and crafts with UV printing ink.
6.medical appliances: the same principle as the shoes industry (good adhesive of UV adhesive). Most Medical UV Leds are very long. The voltage is about 1000w if the length of the UV Led is 100cm.

Installation Notice

1.Frequently start the UV Led is absolutely forbidden, especially within a quite short time, which is just to ensure the working life.
2.regularly cleaning: we can always clean the UV Led with alcohol and gauze
3.when you change it, please cut off the power supply first and then discharge the old Led light and put the new one in the sterilize container and fix the seal ring and connect to the power source. Don’t use your hands touch the new one otherwise, smudge will influence germicidal efficacy.
4.UV resistant: ultraviolet exercises a strong lethality for bacterium and human beings as well. When you switch it, you should wear Safety Glasses and avoid seeing the illumination source with your eyes and also avoid direct sunlight to the body.
