All money raised goes to Days of Taste, a fantastic non-profit Dallas community program that provides educational cooking classes at the Farmers Market for inner-city kid’s grades 4-5. They plan, shop for and prepare a meal following a class taught by a local chef. Chef Mark has had the opportunity to teach in the program, and now has the honor of being selected to compete with some of the best chefs in DFW for the title of Best Caesar Salad!
