Rick Otton Seminars Designed to Teach Investing Secrets to Aussies

Aug. 3, 2012 - PRLog -- For more than 20 years, Rick Otton has established himself as an authority in the property investment business and has continuously shared property investing secrets for Aussies. This August, he has launched a series of free seminars in an effort to bring his innovative strategies to a bigger audience.

Following the success of his ‘How to Buy a House for a Dollar’ real estate book, Rick Otton wants to teach Australians how to start investing in the property market regardless of their financial situation.

“I have been teaching people from all walks of life for so many years how to build an investing career even without deposit or bank loans. I know the global financial crisis has hit us very hard, but I am here to share my strategies that can be applied regardless of the financial climate,” Mr. Otton said.

Mr. Otton has become known for introducing property investment strategies that he himself developed during the Savings and Loan crisis of the early 1990’s which was one of the most financially challenging times in history because majority of the banking system has collapsed.

“I wanted to invest in property that time because I have finally realized that real estate investing is a gold mine. The problem was, there were no loans available and I had no enough money to finance my investment. Those were hard times and I had to rely to my own creative thinking to solve my problems. That’s when I developed my own system in buying and selling properties without the help of traditional lending organizations. I want to teach other people how to do what I have done,” he explained.

This series of seminars, according to Rick Otton, is another step towards the achievement of this goal. The free one-day events this month serve as an introduction to Mr. Otton’s regular boot camps which usually last 2-3 days. Attendees of the free seminars will learn fundamental property investing guide for beginners which they will find very useful when they tackle the best and most innovative real estate investment strategies in the boot camp proper.

Mr. Otton added that the seminars were designed to be conducted in layman’s language following a simple program so the participants can understand them easily.

Dr G Ku from Victoria, one of Mr. Otton’s student  says  “I had plans to become financially independent within five years, but through Rick’s strategies I was able to do it within one year. The cash flow from my properties can now support pretty much my income. I still practice part-time as a doctor now, because I want to, not because I have to.”
