Wallin & Klarich Retained to Defend CA School Teacher Robert Bryan Accused of Lewd Acts with Child

Aug. 3, 2012 - PRLog -- TUSTIN, CA – Wallin and Klarich, an AV rated Southern California criminal defense law firm has been retained to defend Palm Desert resident and school teacher Robert Bryan as to his recent arrest for allegations of sexual molestation [Penal Code Section 288(a)], as well as for allegations that he annoyed and/or molested minors [California Penal Code Section 647.6]. “Mr. Bryan vehemently denies the allegations, and he has been an outstanding educator for over 30 years. Mr. Bryan has never been convicted of any criminal offense in his entire life, and has been a local homeowner for 26 years. Mr. Bryan has worked for the Desert Sands Unified School District since 1986. He was arrested by the Indian Wells Police from his Palm Desert home on August 1, 2012 and was released on bail on Thursday, August 2, 2012. His case will be pending at the Indio Superior Court, and his arraignment is scheduled for October 1, 2012.

It is critical to point out that Mr. Bryan has not been formally charged with any crimes as of this date. The decision is now in the hands of the District Attorney office.
