Sebastian Ullrich, an independent technical consultant at SenseGraphics, will present findings from "Haptic Palpation for Medical Simulation in Virtual Environments," including results from an extensive user study conducted with medical experts. Co-authored by Ullrich and Torsten Kuhlen, the paper won the Best Paper Award at the 2012 IEEE Virtual Reality Conference.
