Should I Use a Bank Approved Short Sale Realtor?

July 29, 2012 - PRLog -- Las Vegas, Nevada – Many banks provide a list of recommended “Short Sale Professionals” on their web site, however, who do these Realtors really represent? Will a Realtor from this list be looking out for YOUR best interest, or the Banks?

You will never find The Myers Team name on any list of recommended Realtors provided by a bank.  Why? Our job is to represent you, and ONLY you.  

WE FIGHT BANKS HARD to negotiate the best possible outcome for our clients…not the best outcome for a bank.  If you hire a Realtor who is recommended on a bank web site, how hard will they be willing to fight for you?  Will they do whatever it takes to represent you properly, or will they be more concerned about the bank removing their name from the web site if they put up too strong a fight?  Our goal is to do whatever it takes to get your deficiency waived.
 
How do you choose the right person to short sell your home?  Should you hire the company with the most billboards around town, or the Realtor with the most commercials on radio or TV?  Or...should you choose the team who has successfully closed the most short sale transactions in Las Vegas?
