There are too many cool projects to remember just one! I would have to say one of the projects where Prismatic’s powder saved the day has actually turned out to be a pretty good steady gig for us. When the guys over at Louver Art, manufacturers of wall signs and other decorative art pieces for retailers such as So-Cal Speed Shop, were looking for someone to clear coat their vinyl signs, they tried a few different shops with different clear coat suppliers. They came to us frustrated and with a few sample pieces, we tried full-gloss clear coats from different manufacturers, and time after time Prismatic Powders’s Clear Vision came out on top. With an alternative cure schedule and careful eye on MIL thickness, we are able to produce a glass like finish that's free on any yellowing and orange peel. Needless to say, they were ecstatic!

We originally contacted Prismatic Powders because of the amazing selection of colors. At the risk of sounding cheesy or corny, I admit that we continued to order because of the people. Customer service is just excellent. I appreciate that we have a dedicated sales person (Jessie rules), but what I'm even more impressed with is that no matter who I talk to, everyone on the staff knows what's going on with our order and is willing to lend a hand. Back to the color selection, that doesn't hurt either. With so many colors available, we're usually able to find a color match right from our ring sets and put a call in for some additional panels that we'll receive in the mail in about 2 to 3 days. The recent changes that allow for same-day shipping are great as well! We can tell our customers with a great deal or certainty, exactly when their powder will be here. Then there's the powder quality, I can tell my coater is happy whenever I bring him a big box of NIC colors to shoot for the rest of the day. It's not uncommon to get feedback from him like: "Man, that stuff shoots nice" or my favorite, "Parts in curing, I'm going to go ahead and clean out the booth, it's NIC powder so you know it's all good". There's a certain level of confidence that comes with knowing that the powder we're working with was made just a couple of days ago and will be free of any contaminants or storage problems.”
