New Era for Compumatrix and Networks International Inc.

July 23, 2012 - PRLog -- Today there was Great Excitement in the Compumatrix and Networks International Inc. (CNII) Camp, as there were several new resolutions passed by The Board.

It is with great pleasure to inform All Our Faithful Members and Any New Members that there were some new additions to the Board of Directors (BOD).

First, I would like to, on behalf of Our Members and Staff, Congratulate our President Andrew Sands, for being able to give us Leadership and Encouragement.

Now I would like to introduce and congratulate our New Chief Executive Officer (CEO) David Morris. David has been untiring in his endeavours to bring a wonderful feeling of Achievement to his Americas Division within CNII. Well Done, I am looking forward to the next 12 months with great excitement to CNII progressing forward.

I would also like to give our thanks to the existing BOD for voting in our new Chairwoman (Advisory), Jane Maahs. Jane has been working tirelessly in the Promotion and Communication Department, in an Advisory Capacity, with Unlimited Enthusiasm, Thank You Jane.

As you can imagine, no business will be successful without an outstanding sales department and we, at CNII, are blessed with the Presence of a wonderful Sales Professional in Erline Martin. Given her unfaltering and tireless work, we are so privileged to welcome Erline as the Director of Sales and Marketing. Erline, being a Director of such a demanding position within CNII, we know you will excel in this position with honours.

It was with great delight to see an Old Friend from 6 years ago Mr Winston Hoffman, who will be our new Treasurer. Winston comes to us with fantastic experience in the Financial Field and with many years of managing his own businesses and we are delighted that he is prepared to bring his expertise to CNII.

In any business, you cannot exist without a capable BOD Secretary. This position is one of trust and is a position within any company that would not be functional without the knowledge and efficiency of Dr Elizabeth Marsh. Congratulations Dr Marsh.

As The Board Of Directors gathered together, they also decided that it was necessary to step back and look at the total picture of the Company Management. They all agreed that there was a requirement for an independent assessment of how the Management was incorporated and Communications being paramount. So a new position was created being that of a Management Consultant. We approached one of our members now retired, who is currently working as an Advisor for his past businesses, to come on board to fill this position. We are therefore pleased to announce that Mr Jerry Wilson has agreed to be committed to this consultancy position. This will give CNII a great solid foundation. Congratulations Jerry.

Next, we have our Human Resources Department; I personally would like to thank Carolyn Morton for coming forward to make herself available for this important position within CNII. Congratulation Carolyn and Thank You.

We would also like to Congratulate Gail Walton (VP Americas), Pauline Vilan (VP Europe) And Patrick Tuttle (Sales). In the coming months, your contributions will be truly treasured.

Finally, today, our Thanks must go to our Company Chief Financial Officer (CFO) & Founder for his constant Vision of making all the staff part of his desire to become the closest and dearest family on the Internet Scene. His hours of putting together a business that no other can come near to achieving, Compumatrix and Networks International Inc., he has produced help for the unemployed, those that are needy, and those that need a friend.
