The tile of the program "As the Clouds Drift by" captures the way this program works. As the clouds of emotions and thoughts pass by, the participants train to rest in the vast openness of the sky-like awareness. This program intends to introduce participants to various ways of meditation along with discourses and discussions about how to deal with emotions and thoughts. The workshop is designed in such a way that there are independent sessions on every alternate Sunday. "As the sessions go by, participants get exposed to various aspects of applying meditation to life. They also get an opportunity to share their experiences and extend the depth through discussions. This workshop is more effective if participants attend many continuous sessions. However, it is also possible to attend any session standalone." The program is free of charges and open for all. More details about the program can be found at http://www.lekshey.org/ The program will be conducted at Thubten Lekshey Ling. Thubten Lekshey Ling's new Buddhist temple and meditation hall at No 41, 3rd Cross, Ulsoor Road, Bangalore was opened last year. End
