Since The Personal Contact Programmes at IMT CDL Were Held On Sundays, I Could Attend Classes

Dr. Sangeet Rajyavanshi said on Zee Business that the most important thing that he was able to understand and apply in his dental clinic was the importance of Leadership.

“It is not just about being a good leader, but about nurturing and encouraging leadership among your managers as well. Nowadays, even in my absence, things run quite smoothly.”

Dr. Rajyavanshi concluded his turnaround story by speaking about the strength of the PCP or the Personal Contact Programme.

“The entire programme was very comfortable because PCPs were conducted on Sundays. Since Sundays are off for my clinic, I did not have to fret or worry about anything, and could attend these classes with an absolutely free mind. The best part was that I was able to apply the learning from IMT CDL in real time at my work-place and was pleasantly surprised by the positive outcome that these practices generated.”
