For job seekers, the new app provides:
•   On the move access: Seekers will now have Mobile access to available jobs on Monsterindia.com;
•   Search and apply on the move: Seekers can now view and apply to job postings directly from their windows Smartphone
•   Pinned permanently on dash board: Jobseekers can pin the application to the Windows mobile Home screen and once a section/feature is pinned, it is “always-on” on the user’s start screen, as a “Tile” allowing him to directly navigate to the pinned section within application and thereby driving higher user engagement.
•   Fresh Jobs: Jobseekers will get fresh jobs alert matching their profile. The alerts will be available on the start screen for pinned applications.
