One of her rare pieces will be auctioned off to help grant a wish for other Wish Kids.
By: DNA Imprints Roll Out the Barrel will be held at Humphrey’s Concerts by the Bay on Shelter Island Drive in San Diego from 6:00pm to 10:00 pm on Saturday July 28th 2012. It will feature exquisite food and wine tasting benefitting Make-A-Wish San Diego. Guests will enjoy select wines from around the world, live entertainment featuring Velvet Café, silent and live auctions, opportunity drawings, and epicurean delicacies from 17 of San Diego’s finest restaurants and caterers. The program will also feature a brief message by Jessie Woodford, who was granted her wish at age 17 to visit the Island of Maui. She’ll share her inspiring story with the visual concert of some of her canvas paintings, digitized and overlaid with her personal DNA. She’ll also enter one of her rare pieces in the event’s silent auction. The proceeds go to granting wishes for other Wish Kids. Jessie is working in conjunction with DNA Imprints in preparation for this event. In her own words, “DNA Imprints has allowed me to take my artwork to a deeper level in my hopes to inspire and impact the world.
