tebu-bio is pleased to announce their recent distribution agreement with CellResearch Corporation Pte Ltd.
July 17, 2012 - PRLog -- tebu-bio now brings European researchers access to CellResearch Corporation`s range of human high quality low passage primary keratinocytes and fibroblasts from normal skin and scar/keloid tissue. This large skin cell culture collection from individual tissues with strains from various anatomical regions (eg. eyelid, breast, abdomen, forearm, hand, leg etc.) as well as different ethnic groups (eg. Chinese, Malay, Indian, Euroasian, Caucasian etc.) from a wide range of age groups, is valuable for wound healing, bioengineering, dermatology, and drug development research applications.

tebu-bio has a well-established pan-European presence, recognised by the international scientific community, with local offices in France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, Denmark, Portugal, Spain and the UK.

Gavin Tan, CEO, CellResearch Corporation Pte Ltd (Singapore) commented on the deal: "We are delighted to collaborate with tebu-bio. With the vast distribution channels offered by tebu-bio, we believe a great majority of the research community in Europe will benefit. Europe has always been seen as one of the powerhouses in dermatological, wound healing and skin research and we believe our high quality primary cell culture materials will be that added plus to the research community.”

Gladys Verelst, Marketing specialist at tebu-bio (Le Perray-en-Yvelines, France) says: “We are very pleased to be able to offer our clients throughout Europe access to this large collection of high quality skin products. They perfectly complement and extend our current offer of primary cells and related skin biology research tools. Low passage cells allow accurate experimentation with little risk of mutation from repeated expansion; cells are therefore considerably more similar to the in-vivo state which allows more robust experimental results."
