Lennar Offering Up To $10,000 In Closing Costs, GE® Washer And Dryer During National Sales Event

July 11, 2012 - PRLog -- This weekend only, Lennar is celebrating its National Sales Event by offering homebuyers the deal of the summer:  up to $10,000 in closing costs plus a GE® frontload washer and dryer on every home purchased.  
Welcome Home Centers will be open Saturday, July 14, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, July 15, from noon to 6 p.m.  Along with special deals, there will be great food and big fun for the whole family.

Lennar builds homes ranging from the $280s to the low $700s in three locations throughout northern Virginia. Already an incredible value with many luxury features included in the base price, these homes are now even more affordable with up to $10,000 in closing costs covered by Lennar.

All Lennar communities in northern Virginia will be participating in the sales event, including:
•   Heritage Highlands — Single-level homes for active adults priced from the $280s.    
    Located just off the intersection of South Berlin Pike and Lutheran Church Road in
    Lovettsville.
•   Martin’s Chase — Priced from the low $700s, there are only two of these estate

    Located on Belmont Ridge Road and the Dulles Greenway in Ashburn.

Welcome Home Centers are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday, and noon to 6 p.m.  Sunday and Monday.  At Martin’s Chase, the Welcome Home Centers are open by appointment only Tuesday and Wednesday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday through Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday  and Monday.
