6 Days Old Cairo & Alexandria Tour By Leisure Travel Egypt

Arrival to Cairo airport, our representative will be waiting for you at the airport with a sign of your name; he will assist with arrival procedures, moving to the hotel with a private air-conditioned vehicle assisting you with check-in procedure. Then a quick review with the trip program (pick up times and places).
Overnight in Cairo.

Day 2: Pyramids & Egyptian Museum

Breakfast at your hotel. Then you will be accompanied by your private tour guide to Giza Pyramids (Cheops, Chaperon & Mykerinos) where you can see the massive built of tombs and the giant statue Sphinx in the shape of a lion body and human head, which refers to the strengths of the pharaohs, your tour also includes a visit to the Valley Temple. Then you will have the lunch in a Pyramids view local restaurant. Proceeding with our tour in the Egyptian Museum, where you would feel connected to the ancient world as well as a variety of precious golden Antiquities of the ancient Egyptians goes back to 5000 years. Also you would find treasures of king Tut-Ankh-Amun, your last visit for the day will be Khan El Khalili Market;  the oldest market in the middle east.Later transfer to Alexandria check-in to the hotel. Overnight in Cairo.

Day 3: Old Cairo

Breakfast at hotel, our guide will lead you into a religious trip to Cairo's Islamic and Coptic scenes. Begin with the first  visited site;  Salah El Din Citadel and Mosque of Mohamed Ali. Heading towards the Ibn Toulon Mosque which was built on a small hill known as the "thanks giving hill". Then proceed into Old Cairo to visit fascinated built wonders such as the Hanging Church,  Abu Sirga church and Ben Ezra Synagogue, later transfer back to your hotel. End your tour with a visit to Coptic Museum which exhibit wide and luxurious selection of Coptic antiquates.
Overnight in Cairo.

Day 4: Alexandria Tour

Breakfast at hotel. Transfer from Cairo to Alexandria with a private air-conditioned vehicle. Our representative will meet and assist you to check-in to the hotel. Starting your tour by visiting Alexandria Library, Where you can find a massive range of books which is considered the biggest library in the world, it includes 8 million books. Then to the site lighthouse, Castle of Qaitbey, Followed by visiting the biggest mosque in the city El Morsi Abu Elabbas. Then to the head of the Coptic Orthodox Church, Saint Mark, which is considered the founder of Christianity in Africa. Then to El Montazah Park (The extensive garden in Egypt) and King Farouq’s Palace Who was the tenth ruler from the Muhammad Ali Dynasty in Egypt. Then stop by Stanley Bridge, The last visit for the day to the great statue of Alexander. Later transfer to the hotel in Alexandria.  
Overnight in Alexandria.

Day 5 : Wadi El Natroun Monastic center

Breakfast in hotel. Our tour guide will pick you up from your hotel, then you will then be driven to Wadi El-Natrun, the early Christian monastic center, there were about 50 monasteries, only 4 have survived into modern times, start vesting Deir al-Baramus which is often called the the Monastery of the Romans then proceeds to Deir Anba Bishoi whose body is still in the monastery, end your trip with Deir El-Suryani, the smallest and most compact of the 4 monasteries which was built in dedication towards the Virgin Mary, later transfer back to your hotel in Cairo.
Overnight in Cairo.

Day 6:  Final Departure

Breakfast at your hotel. Our representative will pick you up from the hotel And transfer you to the Airport and assist you with final Departure formalities.
