Clancy Docwra utilises space at Ibrox Business Park, Glasgow

July 4, 2012 - PRLog -- Ryden, acting on behalf of Laidlaw Solutions Ltd, has secured a sub-lease of 7 Clifford Court, Ibrox Business Park to utilities company Clancy Docwra Ltd.  The occupation is for the remainder of the lease period, expiring June 2014, and involves a unit of 2,884 sq ft.  The passing rent equates to £5.90 per sq ft.

The unit's quality and close proximity to the underground network were key factors in Clancy Docwra’s decision to locate to Clifford Court and it will be used to service a contract with Scottish Passenger Transport.
