The agreement comes into effect June 4th 2012, continuing the trend of industry consolidation. ABI Informatic is the producer of AGIO, a widely used software package for managing financial data—implemented in over 25 leading financial institutions in Europe. With this acquisition and by combining resources, AIM Software will continue leading this industry space into innovative policies in data management.
