McMinnville, OR June, 2012 The Springs Living Enters Into Agreement with Grayco, LLC The Springs Living is pleased to announce that they have entered into an agreement with Grayco, LLC to acquire three greater Portland area senior living retirement communities and one in The Dalles. Grayco manages Carman Oaks in Lake Oswego, OR; Cedar Creek in Sherwood, OR; The Wilsonville in Wilsonville, OR; and Mill Creek Point in The Dalles, OR. “The Springs Living was chosen from a competitive field of contenders and we are very pleased to have been the company that Grayco selected to continue their service to senior residents in the years to come,” said Fee Stubblefield, President and Founder of The Springs Living, LLC.
