-- Parts Center is continuing to help installers save their most valuable resource – time. A recent Clik study showed that poorly managed communication wasted more time than being stuck in traffic jams.
Of the installers questioned, over eight in ten (85%) said they spend over an hour a day on paper work, often dealing with a range of different jobs and customers, which can make it easy to forget exactly what they need at the trade counter.

Traffic was still a problem though - a significant number of installers said that getting stuck in it is still a drain on their time, as they travel in search of the parts needed to finish a job. With a list of over 50,000 items on Parts Arena - Part Center’s ID system - at the counter of over 500 branches across the UK, installers are never far away from a solution.
