Park Hyatt Masters of Food and Wine – Flavors of the Central Coast

June 11, 2012 - PRLog -- On June 22, 2012, Park Hyatt Saigon announces Park Hyatt Masters, a series of epicurean events held throughout the year, will feature “Hue to Hoi An – Flavors of the Central Coast”.  This region was once the imperial capital of the Nguyen Dynasty.  Hue boasts refined royal cuisine that pays significant attention to the aesthetic elements of each dish, creating a feast for the eyes as well as the stomach.  Meanwhile, two hours down the coast, the modest dishes from Danang to Hoi An, balance authentic flavours with a more simple presentation.  Paying tribute to the central coast of Vietnam, learn how to make traditional dishes in a hands-on Master Cooking Class from 2.30 pm - 5.30 pm or relax with a “A Royal Feast” in Square One, showcasing a rare multi-course feast, using recipes dating from the 1800s, designing a one-of-a-kind dining experience.

Admission for the cooking class will be 1,040,000 per person. The exclusive dinner starts at 7.00 pm and is priced at 1,560,000 per person.  Prices are quoted in Vietnam Dong (VND), and subject to 5% service charge and 10% VAT.
