June 6, 2012 - PRLog -- FutureOffice Network presented back in April regarding the updates to the W-2 Reporting Requirements for employers with 250 or more employees.  Attendees learned and discussed approximately ½ of the new regulations and then we ran out of time. Due to its lengthy content, a second part will be featured on June 19, 2012 to continue discussion of these new requirements.  

As a result of the new W-2 Reporting Requirements, employers must aggregate detail on both current and former employees. This applies for medical plans, as well as any prescription drug plans, Medicare supplemental policies and more. Among the changes, correctly aggregating this information seems to prove as a challenge to employers.  

The complexities within the new reporting requirements could prove confusing to employers as they move forward to aggregate the data and value their health care plans. Attend this webinar for a review of the initial W-2 Smartcast, and to gain further insight on these changes.
