American Precon, LLC publishes Smartphone App for the Commercial Real Estate industry

San Francisco, CA     May 29, 2012 —  American Precon, LLC, a San Francisco-based commercial construction cost estimating company that specializes in tenant improvement projects, has released a groundbreaking app for the Commercial Real Estate industry.

Called "Tenant Improvement 2012" the app allows commercial real estate brokers and commercial general contractors to build an on-the-go cost estimate for commercial office tenant improvement projects right on their iPhone or iPad as they tour the property.

After answering a series of twelve questions including square footage, city/market and simple questions about plan type and level of finishes, the app creates a detailed cost estimate on the spot.  The costs can be adjusted as required to meet the project’s specific needs.  The final estimate can be emailed right from the user’s Smartphone.
Tenant Improvement 2012 is currently available in the iTunes store and costs $5.99 for an annual subscription.
