Lumis Partners, a leading operating Private Equity Fund with a keen focus on the human capital domain, has enhanced its stake in KarROX, India’s leading ISO certified IT Education provider. Under the new arrangement, KarROX brand would be rechristened as “TALENTEDGE” and Aditya Malik, a senior partner at Lumis, has been named the Chief Executive Officer.
