Live Chat Application for Desk Platform

You need to follow these steps to integrate Banckle Live Chat into Desk

On the top menu, click Channels.
Disable Desk.com default chat, go to Channels -> Chat -> Advanced Settings and turn Chat Enabled to Off and click Update button.
Under Support Center section, select Web Template and click the Edit button of default template.
Log into your Banckle account and copy widget code from your Banckle Live Chat widget settings.
Add widget code in Contact Us Content box and click Update button.
The Banckle Live Chat for Desk is successfully integrated.
