Prior to founding the Axxon Group in 2001, Wollak was a Partner of BISA and TCR South America, two private equity firms that were sponsored by the Bemberg Group, one of Latin America’s leading industrial conglomerates. Wollak joined BISA in 1994 and was responsible for leading investments in small and mid cap companies across a wide variety of industries. During his tenure at BISA and TCR South America, Wollak led or co-led investments in, and served on the boards of, Caro Cuore, Colorin, Barugel & Azulay, Fast Food Sudamericana, Giasa, Papel Misionero, and TASA. Prior to joining BISA, Wollak was an Executive Director of InverCapital, a London-based private merchant bank specializing in the acquisition of middle-market companies. Prior to that, he was a Senior Vice President in the private placement department of Drexel Burnham Lambert in London, where he was a senior member of the team responsible for structuring and raising capital for Drexel’s leveraged buyout activity in Europe. Wollak began his career in Latin America in 1986 as part of Citibank’s corporate banking department where he executed various assignments in Argentina and Brazil. In addition to his board of director responsibilities as a Partner of BISA and TCR South America, Wollak has served as a member of the board of directors of Aspro, Guerra, Instalarme, Lupatech, Mills, Mundo Verde, and Vetbrands. Wollak is also currently a member of the board of directors of the Brazilian Private Equity Association (ABVCAP). Wollak received an AB degree, cum laude, from Harvard University and is fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese. Cristiano Boccia Managing Director Graycliff Partners, Latin America Cristiano is a Managing Director at the firm. He joined Graycliff’s predecessor firm, HSBC Capital (HCUS) in 2008. Prior to joining HSBC Capital, Cristiano was a vice president at AEA Investors, focusing on direct investments for its global middle market buyout fund. He also worked for Aetos Capital, an affiliate of AEA, in its private equity fund-of-funds business. He started his career in private equity in 2000 at Warburg Pincus in its Latin America Group. He received his BS in Engineering from Escola Politécnica at the University of São Paulo and his MBA from the University of Chicago. Tim Formuziewich Managing Partner Brookfield Brazil Capital Partners Tim has been working with Brookfield Asset Management since 2005 and is currently responsible for corporate development and transaction execution at Brookfield Brazil. During 2006, he led the initial public offering of Brookfield’s Brazilian homebuilding operations. He previously worked with Deloitte & Touche and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Tim is a Chartered Accountant (Canada), a Certified Public Accountant (Maine) and a CFA charter holder.
