Coastal Range And ProjectLine Agree On Merger Becoming Largest SAP Business One Reseller In Canada

May 9, 2012 - PRLog -- Vancouver, BC – May 9, 2012 - The directors of both Coastal Range Systems Inc., headquartered in Burnaby BC, and ProjectLine Solutions Inc. of Saskatoon SK, have unanimously agreed on the intention to merge their operations into a common entity under the Encaptis (http://www.encaptis.com) name by June 30th, 2012. The two companies initially entered into an affiliation agreement in February 2010 under “The Encaptis Group”. As the companies have grown together, with increasingly shared resources and standards, it became more and more obvious that a merger would be advantageous to all stakeholders.
Encaptis is emerging from companies that both enjoy positions of financial strength and operational growth. The new company will have broader geographic coverage that includes operations in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, and parts of the United States.
Encaptis will continue to specialize in enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions from SAP (SAP Business One) and Microsoft, (Microsoft Dynamics AX).  Encaptis will enjoy a clear leadership position as the Value Added Reseller (VAR) with the largest SAP Business One revenues and customer base in Canada. Being able to better serve current and future customers with more diverse extended services, and stronger resources Encaptis remains committed to a mission of providing best in class business management solutions to their clients.  The partnership will enable Encaptis to deliver ERP solution offerings either on premise or in the cloud.
