District 86 Toastmasters to hold Spring Conference in Richmond Hill, ON, May 4-6, 2012.

May 4, 2012 - PRLog -- Richmond Hill, ON – October 27, 2011— District 86 Toastmasters, which is affiliated with Toastmasters International, is pleased to announce that it will be holding its 2012 Spring District Conference in Richmond Hill, Ontario.  The conference is scheduled for May 4th, 5th and 6th, and will be held at the Sheraton Parkway Toronto North.  

District 86 will be holding its International Speech and Evaluation Contests during the weekend.  In addition, the Toastmasters District 86 Communication & Leadership Award will be presented to Dr. Reza Moridi, M.P.P., for his outstanding contributions and leadership in the Richmond Hill community over the years.  

Mr. Eric Sowloka, a Distinguished Toastmaster, will deliver a keynote speech on May 5th.  Ms. LaShunda Rundles, a motivational speaker, will deliver a keynote speech on May 6th.  A series of educational workshops will be held during the conference that will be focusing on communication and leadership.
