Garrett Well promoted to California regional manager for PODS Moving and Storage

May 4, 2012 - PRLog -- (BAKERSFIELD, Calif.) - Storage Mobility, Inc., the largest provider of PODS moving and storage services in the U.S., recently named Garrett Well as the company’s California regional manager.

Well, who previously served as PODS Bakersfield territory manager, has expanded his duties to oversee the operations of eight California PODS franchises located in Bakersfield, Contra Costa, Fresno, Riverside, Sacramento, Salinas, Santa Rosa and Stockton.

A longtime PODS employee, Well began his PODS career in 2004 as a truck driver. Over the past eight years, he has worked his way up the ranks, serving as assistant regional manager, regional manager and territory manager before being promoted to California regional manager in late 2011.

Under Well’s leadership, PODS Bakersfield received multiple honors for its exceptional safety record and Well himself was awarded the Storage Mobility “Comeback Player of the Year” award in 2010. In his new regional managerial role, Well works with more than 35 employees and is responsible for evaluating and improving the efficiency, performance and profitability for eight PODS franchise locations.

Well recently graduated from University of Phoenix with an A.A. is pursuing his B.A. in Business. He lives with his wife and 5 year-old son in Bakersfield. When not at work, he enjoys snow sports, fishing and spending time with his family.
