The itSMF National Conference is devoted 100% to the management, delivery, and support of information technology while fostering best practice and industry standards. The conference, scheduled for August 19-22, 2012, will be held at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre, Queensland Australia.
Drew’s workshop, SACM Design, session 908, will be held Sunday, August 19th, 2012 from 1-4:30pm and will provide insight and design recommendations on how to leverage a SACM solution.
