SGM Metals: DHS Armed For 6.5 Year War at Home in America, But With Who?

April 30, 2012 - PRLog -- A Business Insider excerpt reads: [ Russian paratroopers will meet up with American forces next month for an unprecedented military exercise in Colorado, according to RT News. It’s the first time Russian service members will be invited into the United States for a joint drill.

A Russian airborne task force will “exercise with U.S. special service weapons,” an announcement by Russian Defense Ministry spokesperson Col. Aleksandr Kucherenko revealed.

The official purpose of the joint training is to practice airborne tactics and anti-terror operations, such as dropping into a hostile area and conducting a “terrorist camp raid.” “Soldiers of the two countries will hold a tactical airborne operation, including reconnaissance of an imaginary terrorists’ camp and a raid,” said Kucherenko.

It’s worth noting the Russians will have access to U.S. military weapons training at the Army’s Fort Carson — “Home of America’s Best” — ahead of the scheduled May 24-31 drills. They’ll also be trained to understand and operate hardware used by U.S. forces in airborne missions including “parachuting, operation planning, reconnaissance, assault operations and evacuations by helicopter.”

This announcement comes at a time when Russia actually has troops working in cooperation with China. ]

Really? What in the world is going on here? Let me guess, “In the name of fighting the ‘global war on terror’, we are training foreign national militaries in US covert military operations we have pioneered since the passage of the Patriot Act”. Under this logic multiple nations have quietly sent their troops to train inside the United States and they have been training directly with US troops and US military weaponry as well. Since the “Post 911 Era” began there have been troops of more foreign nations than you could ever imagine quietly training inside the United States and it has caused great concern in the military towns that have hosted these operations. There have been countless reports of small towns having sightings of groups of Ukrainian or Korean troops in their military uniforms strolling through the local WalMart's on shopping sprees.

This is a little confusing to me as a veteran of the US military for several reasons. The least of which is the idea that we have a global war on a military tactic as opposed to a defined enemy. This has NEVER been done before in history as a military conflict is, and always has been, against a defined enemy so that you can achieve definitive victory. For example, lets say the conflict is against the nation of Iraq, once you have taken down the govt. so they cant govern a resistance, neutralized the military forcing them to surrender you have the ability to declare victory. But when you are waging a multi-trillion dollar global military operation against a tactic of war (the tactic of terrorism is often associated with guerilla warfare) you have NO defined enemy, No defined objective and the ‘operation’ can continue indefinitely which only bodes well for the govt. who is always seeking ways to justify it’s existence & continual expansion as well as the military wing of the Pentagon/economy that services military contractors with mercenaries and equipment. If you haven’t noticed there has been an entire sub-economy & employment sector that has sprung up to satisfy the equipment & personnel required to service the endless war machine.

Why exactly do we need Russian troops training on US soil? Do they not have training facilities in Russia? Is it because they want the Russian troops to become familiar with US military weaponry and equipment as stated above? What is the US government getting ready for and why aren’t they telling the American people about a threat big enough to justify foreign troops training on our home turf? Now lets consider the fact that the recent DHS purchase of 450 MILLION rounds of hollow point .40 handgun ammo is worthy of being discussed as to determine the motive behind this as well. The Geneva convention clearly states that this ammo is NOT PERMITTED in the theater of war as it is a hollow point round intended to mushroom and fracture in order to create maximum tissue & bone damage. Some would say it is for target practice, but if you have ever purchased ammo the difference between target rounds and hollow points is staggering so this explanation is void. Now that we know the US military CAN NOT use this ammo in combat outside of the contiguous United States, we must accept that it is intended for use within the US itself. Using current Pentagon data the military uses roughly 7.2 million rds. per month in the middle east, using that rate of fire this would mean that the DHS has just prepared for a roughly 6.4 year war at home, but with who?

NDAA 2012, National Defense Resources Preparedness executive order, DHS ordering an unknown amount of bulletproof check point booths, and the DHS ordering hundreds of millions of rounds of ammunition (they also order millions of 5.56 & 7.62 NATO rifle ammo) all put together with the backdrop of an ever worsening recession teetering on the brink of a depression and you have a very concerning picture being painted right here at home in America. I’m not sure what is going through the minds of those in charge as they have prioritized bailing out the banks over the American people, they have given the TSA the right as unsworn officers to have more freedom to infringe on our rights than the sworn police officers and FBI agents, Congress is enriching themselves by insider trading on their privileged inside information all while retirees are losing their pensions to protect the corporations they gave 30 yrs. of their life too and college grads being smothered in student loan debt while they pray to find a job at McDonalds with a PHD astrophysics. Up is down and down is up? Maybe the FED is FINALLY preparing to fight inflation with some real weapons? Establish your “Plan B” in physical gold & silver bullion and rest easy knowing whatever happens in the future your wealth is not only protected from the looming fiat currency panic but stands to increase exponentially when the exodus begins.
