With regards to his goals for the Winding Brook project, Haynes is eager "to shake the dust out; the project has become somewhat stagnant due to the economy, but there is a lot of excitement moving forward, especially with the completion of the Shoppes at Winding Brook," Haynes said.

Haynes' business experience includes involvement in over $500,000,000 in residential and commercial real estate transactions. His experience, and his attitude towards real estate development, is sure to help him in his new role at Holladay.
