House Hunters International visits Puerto Vallarta and Timothy Real Estate Group

April 26, 2012 - PRLog -- After a few tweets from our All-Star Social Media team, emails and some demo tapes; we were casted!  Puerto Vallarta received the crew as it does everyone else, with open arms. The show has already aired once and is set to air again May 5th.  

This is a Great feet not only for Timothy Real Estate, but also for Puerto Vallarta. House Hunters International has a cult following with more than 1.5 million viewers per episode. A type of escapism for most Americans that dream of living abroad. This came at a great time for the Puerto Vallarta Real Estate market which is seeing the best buying era in the last years, with many deals to be had. Especially as baby boomers are passing into retirement (roughly 10,000 a day will turn 65 for the next 10 years) and are looking for cheaper living options south of the border. See why Puerto Vallarta is the choice to more Americans south of the boarder than any where else in Mexico.

The filming was easy and fun and the crew even asked us to do another episode. So stay tuned for Timothy Real Estate round II on House Hunters International.
