Keystone Pacific Property Management Awarded Bay Harbour Homeowners Association Management Contract

April 18, 2012 - PRLog -- Keystone Pacific Property Management, a leading community association management company providing management services to community associations throughout Southern California, has been selected to manage Bay Harbour, a 198 unit, single family home community located in Long Beach, California. Keystone Pacific will be assisting the board of directors with the daily management operations of the community.

Keystone Pacific assumed professional management on April 1, 2012. Sheryl Uggen, the director of training of Keystone Pacific Property Management, has been assigned as the manager for Bay Harbour.  Sheryl Uggen has over 20 years of community association management experience and holds the highest industry professional designation, the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) designation through the Community Associations Institute, along with the AMS (Association Management Specialist) designation, the CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) designation and the Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM®) designation.
