VARCom President Appointed to John Marshall Bank’s Advisory Board

The Advisory Board is comprised of notable and respected persons drawn from leaders in government, finance, community and small business. A former corporate executive and long-time advocate for small business in the D.C. region, Vargas is also a member of the boards of directors of the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce and the Dulles Regional Chamber of Commerce where he also served a term as its chairman (the first Hispanic to chair a mainstream chamber in the history of Virginia).  He was appointed by Governor Bob McDonnell to the Virginia Workforce Council and has been on the board of Northern Virginia Family Service for the last six years.  He is a regular political and business commentator in national media, appearing on Fox News, MSNBC, CNN and many more.
