April 20, 2012 - PRLog -- Often the best ideas for new products from a company come from current clients. So when a few customers who had completed the online piano course at contacted Lucas Music requesting more information on how to apply the piano knowledge to specific songs, the company responded with master class videos to teach some of these more advanced concepts. A few lessons are available now (one of them free), with more planned for the near future.

As company founder and creator of the online piano method that combines how to play chords with how to read music, Brian Lucas said, "I had a few people contact me after going through the course who wanted more specific ways to apply what they have learned. The 8 week course was designed to give students a solid foundation on how to play the piano. The master classes we are adding to the site will be very specific and teach a more specialized concept. We have a few up already. The first one is a free lesson. More are being created now, with suggestions coming from current and past students."

Brian compares the site to learning how to drive. "The course is like learning basic driving skills, which doesn't take all that long for a beginner to get the basics down. The master classes are like learning to drive for NASCAR. Same basic idea, just at a much higher level." He claims that learning piano is a constant process, one that any player, even the seasoned professional still does. "Learning and understanding the piano is a never ending process. The more you understand, the more professional you sound." The master classes are Brian's way of introducing more complex ideas to students who want to learn more. He states that as long as students have more things they want to discover about the piano, he will keep designing and producing training videos to teach those concepts.

So, if there's something you've always wanted to know about the piano, you can feel free to send a message to Brian through the site and you just might see your topic covered in a future master class. Visit to see all currently available master classes, and the ones planned for the near future.
