Noah Consulting is Honored with Consulting Magazine’s 2011 Small Jewel Award
Based on its exceptional record of service delivery to its clients and significant growth, Noah Consulting announced today that it was chosen to be a recipient of Consulting Magazine’s 2012 Small Jewels award.
April 4, 2012 - PRLog -- Consulting Magazine is the preeminent publication for the North American consulting industry, covering the latest in trends, best practices, and success of the world’s largest consulting firms. Every year they recognize seven growing consulting firms making a significant impact in their industry and area of expertise and award them with the Small Jewel Award. The complete Seven Small Jewels report can be found in the March 2012 issue of Consulting Magazine and online.
“We are extremely proud to be selected as one of Consulting Magazine’s Small Jewels. We put significant focus on building a company that has a culture of family and provides a place for our people to build a long-term career doing what they love. Our people-first approach will translate into innovative solutions and a track record of proven client delivery success,” said Shannon Tassin, Partner and Director of Noah Consulting.
Noah believes it is that culture along with its deep industry expertise, cutting-edge technical capabilities and ability to build strong client partnerships is what brings real value to its clients. The track record of successful and innovative solutions has been demonstrated on projects for Devon, Hess, Nexen, Petrohawk (acquired by BHP Billiton), Southwestern Energy, Talisman and others.
Only seven out of the nearly 150 firms that applied for this recognition were selected based on their significant growth during challenging economic times. Partner and President, John Ruddy was interviewed for the article. He attributes jngy some of Noah’s initial success to the weak economy and the company’s ability to retain highly skilled employees.
Interestingly, many of the companies were started by people that once worked for large firms. Several stated that they started a new company so that they could approach either their clients or employees differently and all of them attributed an aspect of their success to their focus on company culture. “Our culture inspires our team members to exchange ideas and best practices around methodology, approach, technical solutions and accelerators. Our customers, as a result, get not only the benefit of a strong, experienced team but also the collective knowledge and experience of Noah,” said Stewart Nelson, Partner and Director of Noah Consulting.
