April 3, 2012 - PRLog -- ATLANTA, GA –  Actor  & Comedian Keith Allen Hayes is no stranger to the entertainment industry.  This passionate Atlanta native has been in 26 feature films and over 10 TV appearances with a couple of videos, interviews, plays, and print work under his belt.  Hayes will hit the stage with a leading role in the upcoming comedy stage play, "Is Uncle Pete Really Dead? on April 7, 2012, @ 6:00 p.m. at the state-of-the art Porter Sanford III Performing Arts Center, 3181 Rainbow Drive, Decatur, GA 30034. “Is Uncle Pete Really Dead?”  is a comedy stage play written and directed by playwright Sherry Bell-Bradley. She is also the writer/director of the hit stage play "Who Killed Uncle Pete?”   In 2009 Uncle Pete showed up at the McCloud Family Reunion uninvited, insulted several f amily members, and ended up dead.  Now strange things have started happening which leads you to wonder is Uncle Pete really dead? The show sold out on numerous occasions at Atlanta’s 14th Street Playhouse.  

"It's a great opportunity, and I'm excited and humbled about my role in the play.  The entire cast is excited.  We're going to give the audience a great show," says Hayes. "You don't want to miss this one."

A writer, producer, and director at heart, Hayes has utilized his talent in movies such as the Oscar winning, “The Blind Side” with  Sandra Bullock, “The Lost Valentine” with the legendary Betty White, “Big Momma House 3”, “Why Did I Get Married, Too?” and many others. You’ve also seen him on TV shows such as “The Monique Show” as one of her special guests and in the Grammy award-winning Gospel Artist Kirk Franklin’s popular video, “Smile”.  Hayes put his modeling skills to the test and landed his face on the box of “Crème of Nature” hair products for men for the next five years. He also served as co-host for NeoSoul TV on the Red Carpet at the legendary Trumpet Awards in 2012.  Stay tuned, Hayes is just getting started....
