| ![]() Construction financing secured for Indianapolis build to suitHolladay Properties has recieved financing to build a new 98,500 square foot facility for the Indiana Department of Revenue. The building will also house the Motor Carrier Services Division and a BMV branch, consolidating existing space in AmeriPlex.
The move to the new facility will allow INDOR to reduce its space use by 44 percent. INDOR currently occupies two separate buildings in AmeriPlex totalling 174,000 square feet. According to INDOR, with the move to the smaller space, they will also cut their annual lease payments by $495,250 a year over the 10-year lease period. Holladay Construction Group is serving as the general contractor for the building, which was designed by Curran Architecture of Indianapolis. Design staff at Holladay Properties will provide interior design work for the various tenants.
