They were there to voice their opinion on the impact that ObamaCare will have on their peers. With national baby boomer numbers totaling nearly 77 million and growing daily, the "grey army" is indeed a voice that needs to be heard.

Whilst the protest was a peaceful one, there were still pockets of heated verbal exchanges between Obamacare supporters and critics.

The core of Obamacare is the provision that will make it compulsory for every American citizen to purchase government approved private health insurance. If they choose not to comply, then the new law imposes penalties that will increase to 2.5% of one's income.

These changes are slated to come into effect beginning in 2014.

Some observers state that the outcome of the Supreme Court finding could have a huge impact on President Obama's hopes of re-election.

Doctors have already remarked on the increased burden Obamacare will have on America. They also mentioned that it will shorten the amount of time Doctors have with each patient, and lengthen the amount of time patients will have to wait.
