Andrew Gilman to Present Crisis Communication for PRSA Chapters

March 29, 2012 - PRLog -- Washington, D.C. – Recognizing a crisis, and knowing how to prepare and respond, will be the focus of two upcoming PRSA presentations by crisis expert Andrew Gilman in Connecticut and Michigan.

Gilman, CEO of CommCore Consulting Group, will address the Westchester/Fairfield chapter on April 4th and the Michigan PRSA Conference on May 17th.  

The Westchester Fairfield  presentation will focus on the three types of crises, how to train a spokesperson for a crisis and develop better crisis plans, and lessons learned from prior crises.

Gilman will also discuss crisis management in Novi, Michigan on May 17th to a diverse audience including students and professionals at the 2012 PRSA Michigian Conference. The presentation will focus on crisis management for Millennial Generation, including social media.
