RCN rely on data8 for residency verification

Clive Tomlinson, RCN data specialist, commented, “We have recently used data8’s residency verification data to confirm who lives at a particular address. This has dramatically reduced the number of returned mailings we have had to deal with and hence reduced our administration costs. At the RCN we are continually looking at ways we can reduce costs to the benefit our members”.

Tomlinson continued, “We need to keep in touch with our 410,000 members and we have used data8’s PAF cleansing to ensure the format of the address details is correct and their mover data to identify members who have moved address. The residency verification gives us another level of accuracy and cost saving”.
