Stylist CiRossy Competes in The Lane Style House "Style-Off" Competition in NY!

March 27, 2012 - PRLog -- Last month, stylist and image consultant Ci Rossy and her team headed up to the Big Apple during NY Fashion Week to compete in an exciting stylist competition and pop-up showroom. Hosted by the Lane Style House and Showroom International, the Style-Off competition and Pop-Up Showroom was located in the heart of New York's Fashion District at the Strand Hotel and covered in the media by Livid Magazine and Examiner.com.

The pop-up showroom at Showroom International housed a host of 13 diverse contemporary collections from local and international designers from all facets of the industry showcasing everything from shoes and accessories to dresses and separates. Designers hailed from all over the world to include the Democratic Republic of Congo, Mali, Germany, Switzerland, France and Bolivia. Among the many designers present at the event were featured designer, Jacqueline Quinn and shoe designer Zak Lo.

Six professional stylists from all over the country were selected for the competition and given the task of creating looks by combining pieces from the collections at the pop-up showroom. Each stylist was randomly assigned two designers that they must use and given one hour to create two unique looks. The stylists went through the showroom, pulling various pieces from each of the collections to complete their looks.

The completed looks were photographed on-site and now it is up to the public to decide the winner.
