Acme is Hosting April Electronics Recycling Events in Chicagoland

March 24, 2012 - PRLog -- Acme is hosting a number of electronics recycling events in April throughout the Chicagoland area. Acme Electronics Recycling is part of Acme Refining, which is the largest privately owned recycling company in the Midwest. The first electronics recycling event of the month is taking place on Saturday, April 14 at Oak Park-River Forest High School on 201 N. Scoville Ave. from 9 a.m. to noon. There will be two event taking place the following Saturday, April 21 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. — one at the City of Park Ridge Public Works building on 400 Busse Highway and one at Boy Scout Troop #159 on 717 W. Kirchoff in Arlington Heights. That same day there will also be a recycling event taking place in the Village of Northbrook (location to be announced) from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. as well as an event at Whole Foods on 500 E. Ogden Ave. in Hinsdale.

The last electronics recycling events in Chicagoland for April will take place on Saturday, April 28 in Calumet City at a location to be announced from 9 a.m. to noon. Residents can check back on Acme’s events page often for the latest updates and to get the exact locations of the events in Northbrook and Calumet City as their dates draw near.
