The second webinar will be offered on Thursday, March 29, titled “Project Management for Legal: Scoping and Launching the Project.” This webinar will:
•   Give direction on how to frame the project using the work breakdown structure, critical path analysis, and roles/responsibilities matrix.
•   Discuss project constraints and examine how to balance priorities between the constraints to arrive at a workable project plan that can be executed.
•   Examine development of a communication plan for a project.
•   Identify project tools that may be useful in managing projects.
