Englewood, NJ, March 12, 2011- Robert Rey, President of NVE Bank, has announced the appointment of Wayne Flavien to Director of Internal Audit, effective March 12, 2012.

Mr. Flavien has extensive experience in the banking industry, having held Audit positions with The Provident Bank and Signature Bank.  In addition, he served as Staff Auditor for the New York City Comptroller’s Office and most recently held the position of Audit Manager with Carver Federal Savings Bank.  Mr. Flavien received his Accounting degree from Baruch College, and additionally holds a Master’s of Science Degree from Pace University. He also recently received his CPA designation.

Mr. Flaviens resides in Hackensack, New Jersey.
