Badir Program for Technology Incubators completes ISO 9001: 2008 Certification, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

March 12, 2012 - PRLog -- With a view to better their organisation by setting up a Quality Management System, Pl Badir contacted Lakshy Informatics Consultant Pvt. Ltd with their expertise in ISO 9001 to implement the quality management system.

The BADIR program is responsible for the development and operational functions and activities related to technology innovation, entrepreneurship and incubation policy and programs.

Consultant Mr Kaushal Sutaria from Lakshy Informatic Consultant Pvt. ltd. worked closely with Management Representative for the ISO 9001 implementation process for Pl Badir.

Initial awareness training was conducted by the consultant to impart basic knowledge and input to key people of the organization, followed by Gap Analysis. On the basis of gap analysis report provided by the consultant, required tasks were completed that included preparation of quality manual, functional processes, SOPs, work instructions, guide lines and functional formats. These were formally issued to all the users by the M.R.

A rigorous internal audit was carried out and all the observations and findings were discussed in the MRM - Management Review Meeting and required actions were taken by the management to close them and on the basis of positive outcome of the Internal audit, it was decided to do the final certification audit, which was conducted by ACS Registrar.

ISO 9001 certification audit was concluded successfully without any major or minor non conformity. Experience and expertise of the Lakshy Informatic consultant Pvt. Ltd – India in providing ISO certification consultation was evident through pre assessment audit as no non conformities were found during the audits and the organization was recommended for ISO 9001:2008 certifications.
