Dr. V Honored as Senior Fellow by The Potomac Institute for Policy Studies

March 12, 2012 - PRLog -- Dr. Amy Vanderbilt, Founder and Chief Strategist at Trend POV, was honored in February of 2012 with the title of Senior Fellow at the Potomac Institute for Policy Studies for her work in early math and science education and STEM education. She will support the Institute in guiding discussion on this key topic at the request of the U.S. government administration and Congress.  

The typically verbose Dr. V. was surprisingly speechless when first approached by the Institute but quickly agreed to accept this honor. Dr.  Vanderbilt was “beyond excited.”  Dr. Vanderbilt noted that, “Early technical education is a great passion of mine and the opportunity to have a voice at the highest levels of our Government is a true honor.” She added that, “Given the immense accomplishments of the other Senior Fellows, I am humbled and thrilled to be considered their peer.”
