Dallas, Texas, Kinder Brothers International is exhibiting at LAMP12 in Booth 601.  LAMP is an annual conference hosted by GAMA International, an organization that promotes professional development needs and leadership skills in the financial services industry.  

Spanning three days, March 18 – 20, 2012, LAMP12 is held at the Orlando World Center Marriott Resort in Orlando, Florida.  More than 2,000 field leaders and industry executives representing more than 50 insurance companies from around the world attend leading practices sessions, purchase state-of-the-art products and services, recognize industry leaders and network with colleagues.  

Kinder Brothers International recently unveiled several new eLearning programs geared toward Advisors and Field Management.  These courses are designed as learning opportunities to increase skills, and help Advisors and Field Managers advance to the next level in their career.  The eLearning programs recently launched are Sales Management Development (SMD) and Professional Sales Process (PSP).  Kinder Brothers International will launch additional eLearning programs in 2012.  

SALES MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT:
Sales Management Development Program (SMD) is a successful and results-oriented program, with measureable results for the manager.  The program will help refine and increase knowledge and skills required in the role of Sales Manager, building a strong and sustainable team.  This knowledge and skill will lead to higher performing advisors and increased income for the company.

Professional Sales Process (PSP) focuses on developing a habit-forming, systematic approach to selling financial products for advisors.  Although a few advisors may be natural born salespeople, most develop confidence in selling through the consistent practice of sound procedures.  PSP is a proven client-building system that all financial advisors need to master.  It has been said that the common denominator of success in selling lies in the fact that successful advisors form the habit of doing the things that failing people don’t like to do.  Mastering the techniques and habits of a successful sales process will create confidence and achievement for advisors, providing a way for advisors to realize early and lasting success.  Preparation is a major key to success in selling and PSP equips advisors with selling techniques and language.  When PSP becomes as natural as breathing, advisors will notice a rhythm developing in selling.  Prospects and clients will respond to outstanding confidence, which fuels persuasiveness.
