Sports Litigation Alert Writes about the Upcoming ADA Deadline for Golf Courses

Feb. 27, 2012 - PRLog -- Austin, TX- February 27, 2012-  San Francisco based attorney Martin Orlick of Jeffer Mangels Butler Mitchell writes about how the deadline for ADA compliance at all golf courses is drawing close in the latest edition of Sports Litigation Alert.

Orlick writes that by, “March 15, 2012 all golf courses must comply with the new rules pertaining to the disabled  and golf courses.” This would include private courses, which were previously exempt.
